Arthritis affects millions of elderly people daily as it interferes with their daily tasks such as doing household chores , gardening or even simply using walking in short distances. Even simple physical activities such as grasping door knobs,handling objects,walking or climbing stairs. It’s possible to happen since common symptoms of arthritis are associated with pain brought by worn-out joints among old people. This leads to the inflammation and swelling of joints that affect areas like hands, knees,legs,arms and cause stiffness too. A little physical exertion on their part would cause so much pain.
